Gute ruhige Lage, aber sicher nicht die hohe Miete wert. Positive: Relativ zentrale, trotzdem ruhige Lage mit Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Die Stadt selbst ist prima. Negative: Die ganze Anlage ist nicht gut gepflegt, das Ambiente in der Wohnung mäßig mit vielen Treppen außen und innen. Heizlüfter im echt engen Schlafzimmer funktionierte nicht. Es musste im Bad nachgeputzt werden, außerdem fehlten Bettwäsche & Handtücher. Das wurde auf Nachfrage nachgereicht, Kommunikation passt also. Gar nicht geht die Forderung bei evtl. Kritik erst mit der Verwaltung zu sprechen, bevor man eine Bewertung abgibt!

Disappointing stay Positive: - Good location for walking into town - Secure parking space - Lovely view from balcony - Good size Negative: - Very dirty and in need of a deep clean - One bed hadn’t been changed and had hair from previous guests - All surfaces / skirting boards thick with dust - Outdoor table and chairs filthy - Extraction hood in kitchen dripping with grease - Sofa heavily stained - No coffee / sugar / milk (even though we received an email to say there would be a welcome pack of tea / coffee/ sugar and biscuits - there was noting just some old tea bags) - Cheap bathroom products - This was our most expensive accommodation on our 3 week road trip and unfortunately was our least favourite - Hanif (manager) was responsive and organised to change the dirty bed the next day and also 1 window sill was dusted but nothing further

Positive: Great location, super close to town, so much room for us all, everything we needed, supermarket just across the road. Negative: There was alot if stairs, we had alot if luggage

Would definitely stay there again Positive: We definitely felt we were in superior accommodation. We enjoyed the amazing mountain views from the lounge window. We were very cosy and the beds were so comfy. We appreciated the proximity to Fresh Choice, bus stops and a couple of cafés.

Good stay , prompt to bring essentials that had run out Positive: Good property lovely views from balcony, 10/15 minutes walk to town, parking.
