Positive: Sempurna Negative: Nothing

Positive: Good mountain view, various spices and condiments if you wanna cook, the house and the decor look quite new. Negative: There are stairs in the house so need to carry luggage up and down. One of the lights keeps flickering but not a big issue.

Positive: Location was great not too bad of a walk to main downtown. Well equipped kitchen and clean unit . Negative: All was good

Lovely apartment close to everything with free parking Positive: Very close to the city and parking bay provided Negative: Lots of stairs to get into property and between levels which was advised beforehand. Does make it a little difficult not to have a lift to the apartment or from the car park but fine if you’ve got some muscle or a backpack :) there’s also no dryer but a laundromat is downstairs

Gute ruhige Lage, aber sicher nicht die hohe Miete wert. Positive: Relativ zentrale, trotzdem ruhige Lage mit Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Die Stadt selbst ist prima. Negative: Die ganze Anlage ist nicht gut gepflegt, das Ambiente in der Wohnung mäßig mit vielen Treppen außen und innen. Heizlüfter im echt engen Schlafzimmer funktionierte nicht. Es musste im Bad nachgeputzt werden, außerdem fehlten Bettwäsche & Handtücher. Das wurde auf Nachfrage nachgereicht, Kommunikation passt also. Gar nicht geht die Forderung bei evtl. Kritik erst mit der Verwaltung zu sprechen, bevor man eine Bewertung abgibt!
